1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fordawin platform atfordawin.app — including the website, mobile version, and any apps provided — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use Fordawin.
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Fordawin. We may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
2. Account Eligibility and Registration
To register and use Fordawin, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Fordawin.
- You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Fordawin platform.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
Each player is allowed one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other reason — is a violation of Fordawin terms and conditions and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winings.
Fordawin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method ownership) at any time. Failure to provide these within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
Fordawin supports the following Philippine local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

- BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP,₱). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the cashier. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
Fordawin does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. We are not responsible for third-party transaction fees. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits, and only to accounts registered under the same name as your Fordawin account.
Fordawin reserves the right to delay or withold a withdrawal pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will notify you via your registered email address.
4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

General bonus terms that apply across all Fordawin promotions unless stated otherwise:
- Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
- Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must wager ₱20,000 in total qualifying bets).
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus or winings derived from an expired bonus will be forfeited.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting free bets, manipulating outcomes, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in disqualification and account suspension.
- Fordawin reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Fordawin is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches. Any winings gained through a known or unknown bug must be reported immediately and will not be honoured.
- Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of deposits after using funds for betting.
- Money laundering or use of Fordawin for any unlawful financial activity.

9. Limitation of Liability
Fordawin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterupted or error-free at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Fordawin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions.
In cases of system malfunction or technical error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, Fordawin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Our decision in these matters is final.
10. Account Termination and Suspension
Fordawin may suspend or permanently close your account with or without prior notice if you:
- Violate any provision of these terms and conditions.

- Are found to be under21 years of age.
- Are subject to a self-exclusion order.
You may request to close your Fordawin account at any time by contacting support. Any verified funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you through your registered payment method, provided there are no active investigations or pending wagering requirements.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Fordawin Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the Fordawin platform shall first be addressed through our internal complaints process.
To raise a complaint, contact Fordawin support with a detailed description of your issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
By accepting these terms, you agree that Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings related to your use of Fordawin.
