Account Registration & Management

Registration is quick and free. Head to the Register page, fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth, then choose a username and password. You'll receive a verification code via SMS or email — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes less than two minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on Fordawin. This is a hard requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. We verify ages during the KYC process and any account found to belong to someone under 21 will be permanently closed.

No. Each player is allowed one Fordawin account only. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses violates our Terms and Conditions and will result in both accounts being suspended and any winnings being forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Fordawin accepts all major Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit on Fordawin is ₱100 for most payment methods including GCash and Maya. Some bank transfer methods may have a higher minimum. Check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for the current limits per payment method.

GCash deposits are credited to your Fordawin account almost instantly — usually within a few seconds. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, check that the transaction was successful on the GCash app and contact Fordawin support with your reference number.

Most Fordawin withdrawals to GCash or Maya are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, or UnionBank may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals are only processed after your KYC verification is complete and the withdrawal destination matches your verified account name.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must bet your bonus amount before the bonus winnings become withdrawable. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱20,000 in bets before you can withdraw those bonus funds. Game contributions to wagering vary — slots typically count 100%, while table games may count less.

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is met. However, if you wish to forfeit your bonus and withdraw your remaining real-money balance, you can cancel the active bonus from your account settings. Note that once a bonus is cancelled, it cannot be reactivated.

During registration, there is a "Promo Code" field where you can enter your code. Act immediately: change your Fordawin password from Account Settings and enable 2FA if it isn't already active. Then contact our support team at support@fordawin.app with your account details and a description of the suspicious activity. We'll investigate and take action to secure your account.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to Fordawin, go to Account Settings, and select Responsible Gaming. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Decreases take effect immediately.
